Staffing Analyst
About The Position
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Staffing Analyst (Level 3) to support the Skills Enhancement Centers team located in Everett or Renton Washington. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices, analyzing data, and providing feedback. The Staffing Analyst will work with organizations to develop strategies and plans using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools, implementing these strategies at various organizational levels. The position requires continuous assessment of potential risks and identification of gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations, as well as coordinating resources to enhance operational efficiency. The candidate will work under general direction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams
Nice To Haves
- 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
- 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
- Strong data analytical skills
- Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher

- Be able to communicate effectively across all parts of the business and at multiple levels of management
- Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
- Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
- Works under general direction
- Continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations
