About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking an Experienced Staffing Analyst (Level 3) to support the Skills Enhancement Centers team located in Everett or Renton Washington. This role involves conducting assessments of processes and practices, analyzing and interpreting data, and providing feedback on assessment results. The Staffing Analyst will communicate effectively across the business and at multiple levels of management, working with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes. They will implement strategies and plans, work under general direction, and continuously assess potential risks and identify gaps in processes or resources that may impact business operations. The role also includes coordinating resources to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performing data analysis
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ year of experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ year of experience presenting information to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of experience in collaborative problem solving, building lasting relationships & proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Must be adaptable and able to execute with urgency
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
