About The Position

We are looking for a motivated Staffing Account Manager ready to take us to the next level! We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Staffing Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive staffing placements for assigned accounts — matching qualified talent to client roles, overseeing delivery quality, and serving as the single point of contact for employees once placed. You'll work closely with recruiting teams to ensure fast, accurate fulfillment while managing the day-to-day needs of your placed workforce. This position will be Full-time and remote. This position does not offer employment sponsorship. All candidates must be eligible to work without need for sponsorship by employer.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account/program management, preferably in a competitive/high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, placements, and priorities simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of employment compliance requirements (timesheets, certifications, onboarding documentation)
  • Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel for tracking placements and compliance)
  • Excellent communication skills to serve effectively as a liaison across HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition

Responsibilities

  • Partner with recruiters to drive timely, accurate delivery of qualified candidates against open requisitions
  • Provide detailed job specifications and feedback on candidate submissions to keep delivery aligned with client requirements
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding activities, and orientation for new employees
  • Monitor the success of placements and proactively resolve issues to keep fulfillment on track
  • Maintain oversight of client project updates, engage with existing employees, and provide staffing recommendations based on observations and insights
  • Serve as the single point of contact for placed employees throughout their assignment.
  • Monitor employee compliance with mandated training/certifications
  • Initiate and follow up on timesheets and expenses
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned accounts, managing day-to-day communication and responsiveness
  • Work as a liaison between multiple internal teams (HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition) to keep placements and account operations running smoothly
  • Support both newly awarded work and long-standing accounts with equal focus
  • Identify opportunities for additional staffing support within existing accounts and share insights with the Business Development team
  • Support proposals and pitches with staffing and workforce solutions expertise as needed.
  • Support contract renewal processes to ensure continued service
  • Stay informed on staffing trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to inform placement strategy
