About The Position

The RTX CPC is seeking a dedicated and detailed oriented professional to support the overall mission of the organization and maintain compliance with DoD and organizational personnel security policies and procedures. The selected candidate will assist with the administrative tasks associated with clearance tracking, will assist in maintaining accurate records, and ensure compliance with security standards and guidelines.

Requirements

  • An Associates degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with MS Office Suite.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting miscellaneous administrative support functions.
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of the Personnel Security Clearance Process.
  • Work experience interacting / working with Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency and/or other Cognizant Security Agency personnel.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of personnel with tact and professionalism.
  • Technical knowledge in solving complex problems.
  • Must be flexible, able to multi-task, possess strong customer service skills, and the ability to function in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with various stakeholders in the clearance process.
  • Update, and maintain records in ServiceNow.
  • Update and maintain personnel security records in all required internal company security databases.
  • Perform under moderate supervision.
