About The Position

We are hiring immediately for a full time STAFF SUPERVISOR (PATIENT TRANSPORT) position. Location : Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz Campus - 13123 East 16TH Avenue, Aurora, CO 80045. Note: online applications accepted only . Schedule : Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 7:30 pm. Further details upon interview. T he ideal candidate will still possess strong problem-solving, leadership, supervisory, and relationship-building skills for employee development, and coordinating, logistics & operational experience; Some responsibilities will include: Supervise daily Patient Transport operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Lead associate onboarding, training, coaching, and performance development. Support workforce planning, staffing optimization, and operational improvement initiatives. Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical departments to resolve service concerns and improve customer satisfaction. Promote employee engagement, accountability, and operational excellence while supporting departmental goals and strategic initiatives. Job Summary Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for providing training and creating work schedules. Evaluating the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure their unit meets the expectations for quality, productivity and safety. Acts as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off. May act as a mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
