About the team: Enterprise Business Services builds robust service operations and technology solutions across Finance, People, and Associate Digital Experience. Our team drives FP&A Planning and Budgeting transformation by integrating advanced Machine Learning (ML) into financial decision-making, delivering scalable, open-stack solutions that enhance forecasting accuracy, automate planning workflows, and provide real-time, data-driven enterprise insights. As a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design and develop ML-enabled web applications and backend microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-quality solutions. You will lead end-to-end development, mentor engineers, and promote engineering best practices to ensure innovation, scalability, and measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of professional experience in full stack software development with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks, such as [Java, Java frameworks, Python, Reactjs, NextJs,].
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Strong understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Solid knowledge of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed technical decisions.
  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
  • Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a staff or principal engineering role is preferred.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years' experience in software engineering or related area
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture and design for full-stack applications with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Develop and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using ReactJS.
  • Develop and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases using Node.js, Java.
  • Design, integrate, and deploy ML models into production systems to enable intelligent, data-driven decision.
  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Write high-quality, reusable, and modular code following best practices.
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive test suites using tools like Jest, Enzyme, React Testing Library, Cypress.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.
