About The Position

Qualtrics is hiring a Staff Software Engineer for its Analytics Platform, which supports all Qualtrics Experience Management products. The platform ingests, stores, processes, and analyzes experience data at scale, with a focus on high availability, high throughput, data consistency, and security. It enables customer, employee, brand, and product experience teams to build data-driven workflows and tools. The role involves developing SaaS software and designing, building, distributing, scaling, and operating services. The engineer will contribute across design and architecture, requirements gathering, full-stack development and delivery, operations, quality, benchmarking, and optimization. The position offers the opportunity to influence the team’s technical direction and vision, and to work on high-impact services with demanding scale and reliability requirements. The team collaborates across functions and with other teams to improve performance, cost, and reliability. The role is based on Qualtrics’ hybrid work model: employees work in the office three days per week—Mondays, Thursdays, and one day selected by the organizational leader—and may work where they want for the rest of the week. The position includes an on-call rotation.
