About The Position

Clarium is seeking a Staff/Senior Product Manager to join its growing product organization. This role is crucial for building the product infrastructure to match the company's ambition. The successful candidate will own a significant product domain within Astra OS, Clarium's AI-powered platform for healthcare supply chain management. This is a hands-on role where the Product Manager will work closely with engineering, design, data, and customer-facing teams, acting as a thought partner to the tech lead and driving product development from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. The role offers the opportunity to shape the product organization's practices and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong product sense and problem-solving skills, with a consistent focus on delivering business and customer value, not just shipping features
  • Proven ability to lead discovery, define requirements, and bring structure to ambiguous problem spaces
  • Track record of strong execution in complex environments: removing roadblocks, making thoughtful tradeoffs, and keeping teams moving
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering, you should see your tech lead as a thought partner, not a delivery resource
  • Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment where the playbook isn't written yet
  • Experience in healthcare technology, particularly with enterprise workflows and complex system integrations
  • Familiarity with what it takes to drive change within large healthcare organizations — this is not an easy audience
  • Enterprise product management
  • Healthcare workflows
  • Cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Discovery & requirements definition

Responsibilities

  • Own a core product domain end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration
  • Partner closely with engineering leads throughout the product development process, involving them early and often in customer conversations and solutioning
  • Go deep with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover root problems and translate ambiguity into clear, well-reasoned product direction
  • Remove roadblocks, make tradeoffs, and keep work moving forward in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment
  • Balance input across engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success to drive aligned, high-quality outcomes
  • Contribute to building out Clarium's product practice; processes, norms, and ways of working that don't yet fully exist
