Requirements

PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, ElectroChemistry, Electro Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline, or a Bachelor's degree with relevant industry experience.
Strong technical expertise in heterogeneous catalysis.
Hands-on experience in catalyst preparation, catalytic reaction testing and material characterisation.
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong planning and organisational capabilities, with experience managing complex research projects.
Self-motivated approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across global and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

Leading IDEA and EVALUATE phase NPI workstreams aligned to CAS strategy and business objectives.
Designing and delivering research programmes to develop new catalysts, materials and emission control technologies.
Managing project budgets, milestones, risks and phase reviews while ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
Building strong partnerships across global development hubs, commercial teams, business development and operations.
Supporting customer engagement through technical presentations, training and advanced catalyst system design guidance.
Contributing to external collaborations, including university research programmes and future technology opportunities.
