About The Position

Conga is seeking a Staff Sales Operations Manager for North America to partner with the sales organization, ensuring discipline, consistency, and predictability in their operations. This role involves executing Conga’s global sales operations model, providing essential data, insights, reporting, and operational support to sales leaders for effective pipeline management, accurate forecasting, team coaching, and informed decision-making. The position requires close collaboration with sales leaders, frontline representatives, and cross-functional teams to transform data into actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure the sales organization is equipped with the necessary tools and information for execution. The Staff Sales Operations Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing North American sales leaders' understanding of their business performance and areas requiring focus, bringing visibility and operational discipline to forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, data quality, and business reviews. This role offers a direct impact on sales organization operations and contributes to global Revenue Operations programs, processes, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales process, including pipeline stages, forecasting, quota, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex or detailed data into clear, concise insights for a non-technical audience.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to sales leaders and confidently surfacing data, process, or reporting gaps.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Clari or a similar sales forecasting platform.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or another sales qualification methodology.
  • Experience supporting QBRs, business reviews, or sales operating cadences.
  • Self-starter who can identify what needs to be done, prioritize competing demands, and move work forward with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own forecast and pipeline support for North America, including preparing weekly forecast and pipeline inspection materials, monitoring pipeline health, coverage, conversion, and slippage risk, and tracking forecast accuracy.
  • Establish and maintain the North American operating rhythm by supporting weekly forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, QBRs, and other key sales operating cadences, and building/maintaining QBR and business review materials.
  • Turn data into insights by analyzing Salesforce data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities, translating data into clear commentary, and monitoring Salesforce data quality.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for sales systems and processes, acting as a first point of contact for reps and managers, identifying and logging system issues, and supporting global training on sales operations best practices.
  • Support strategic planning and day-to-day business by partnering with North American frontline leaders and reps, supporting annual planning activities like territory planning and quota setting, and contributing to process improvements.
