About The Position

As the Staff Sales Operations Manager for North America, you’ll be the day-to-day operations partner to our North American sales organization, helping sales leaders run their business with discipline, consistency, and predictability. You’ll execute Conga’s global sales operations model across North America, providing the data, insights, reporting, and operational support our sales leaders need to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, coach their teams, and make informed business decisions. You’ll work closely with sales leaders, frontline reps, and cross-functional partners to turn data into actionable insights, identify risks and opportunities, and help ensure our sales organization has the tools and information needed to execute. You’ll play an important role in helping North American sales leaders understand what’s happening across their business and where they need to focus. You’ll bring visibility and operational discipline to forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, data quality, and business reviews. You’ll have a direct impact on how our sales organization operates, while also contributing to global Revenue Operations programs, processes, and initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a similar analytical role, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience working with Salesforce reports and dashboards.
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and basic data modeling.
  • Understand the B2B sales process, including pipeline stages, forecasting, quota, and conversion metrics.
  • Ability to translate complex or detailed data into clear, concise insights for a non-technical audience.
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Comfortable presenting findings to sales leaders and confidently surfacing data, process, or reporting gaps.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Clari or a similar sales forecasting platform.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or another sales qualification methodology.
  • Experience supporting QBRs, business reviews, or sales operating cadences.
  • Self-starter who can identify what needs to be done, prioritize competing demands, and move work forward with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

  • Own forecast and pipeline support for North America. Prepare weekly forecast and pipeline inspection materials for North American sales leaders, including roll-ups, deal changes, and commit vs. best-case movement.
  • Monitor pipeline health, coverage, conversion, and slippage risk, surfacing trends and potential issues to sales leaders early.
  • Track forecast accuracy by leader and team and identify trends that can inform coaching and business decisions.
  • Maintain the Clari and Salesforce views North American leaders rely on to manage forecasting and deal inspection.
  • Support weekly forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, QBRs, and other key sales operating cadences.
  • Build and maintain QBR and business review materials that provide leaders with clear, actionable visibility into their business.
  • Track action items and commitments coming out of business reviews and follow up with the appropriate leaders to maintain accountability.
  • Provide accurate North American data, insights, and commentary for global and executive reporting.
  • Analyze Salesforce data and reporting to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities across the North American sales organization.
  • Translate data into clear, concise insights and commentary that help sales leaders understand what changed and where attention is needed.
  • Monitor Salesforce data quality and surface gaps by team and rep so managers can address them with their teams.
  • Help ensure regional reporting is accurate, consistent, and aligned with global Revenue Operations standards.
  • Act as a first point of contact for North American reps and managers with questions about sales tools, processes, and policies.
  • Identify and log system issues and workflow improvement opportunities and partner with cross-functional teams to drive resolution.
  • Support the delivery of global training on forecast discipline, pipeline management, Salesforce hygiene, and sales process adherence.
  • Create and maintain North American job aids, guides, and process documentation.
  • Partner closely with North American frontline leaders and reps as an embedded operations resource.
  • Support annual strategic and planning activities, including territory planning, quota setting and evaluation, capacity modeling, and optimization.
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen sales execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
