This full-time position (100% FTE) is located in the Cath Lab department in Chillicothe and requires a 30-minute response time for call. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited program in Nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required within five (5) years from the date of hire.
• Registered Nurse with current Ohio license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS).
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care through the application of nursing skills and processes to develop, implement, and evaluate patient’s plan of care.
• Creates an atmosphere that supports the vision: To be our regions’ most trusted partner in healthcare.
• As the primary caregiver, provides direct patient care.
• Works collaboratively with other care team members, the physician, and the patient/family to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Has access to confidential patient information and makes decisions independently and in collaboration with others.
• Works under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and under the indirect supervision of the Director of Nursing.
