About The Position

Functions under the direction of the Site Manager. The nurse is responsible for performing a wide variety of clinical procedures requiring independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative in utilizing equipment for diagnosis and/or treatment. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts per week, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; hours may extend longer when on call. On-call coverage includes nights and weekends, with a 30-minute response time. Holiday requirements apply.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of cath lab experience.
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), ARC-ALS (American Red Cross Advanced Life Support), ACLS-I (ACLS Instructor), or ACLS-P (ACLS Provisional) within 180 days.
• BLS (Basic Life Support), ARC-BLS (American Red Cross Basic Life Support), or BLS-I (Basic Life Support Instructor).
• RN license: single-state RN or multistate compact RN.
• Be available for on-call nights and weekends, with a 30-minute response time.
• Meet holiday requirements.
