About The Position

This role involves assisting with the administrative tasks associated with a project. The responsibilities include proposal and project registration, invoicing set-up, coordinating project resources, and more. The position requires limited use of ECS systems for coordinating project resources, managing project paperwork and documentation, and maintaining project schedules and budgets. The administrator will interact and collaborate with staff members on various projects, attend project meetings with senior staff, and assist with resolving administrative problems. Communication with clients and external team members is also part of the role, as is assisting with preparing invoices and collection efforts. The role requires the ability to prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines, with consultation from a supervisor for daily prioritization. This position is an opportunity to begin learning project and contract management skills, as well as how to manage project budgets and the need for change orders.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 0 years of related experience
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.
  • Excellent oral & written communication skills
  • Limited project management and contract administration skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, responsible and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work effectively in teams, with clients, peers and subordinates, as well as independently
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Limited decision making skills

Responsibilities
