About The Position

Zscaler is seeking a Staff Program Manager – Product Operations & NPI to join their Product Management department. This hybrid role, based in Santa Clara, CA, offers a significant opportunity to drive innovation and influence the product roadmap at a leading cloud security company. The position involves delivering new capabilities in threat prevention, visibility, scalability, and business enablement. The role requires leading and orchestrating product development and launch programs, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. The Staff Program Manager will act as a liaison for cross-functional alignment, manage program risks, and resolve bottlenecks to maximize the impact of Zscaler Product Innovation for stakeholders, including sales and technical teams. Consistent updates to senior leadership and stakeholders are expected, along with optimizing operational processes for collaboration, scalability, and organizational impact. Fostering a culture of iterative improvement through feedback integration is also a key aspect of the role.

Requirements

Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving.
8+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or NPI; preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity industries.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex new product introductions and programs.
Strong cross-functional coordination skills with exceptional communication.
An exceptional communicator skilled in aligning cross-functional stakeholders while providing clear updates to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Leading and orchestrating the execution of multiple product development and launching programs to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Acting as a central liaison for cross-functional alignment, addressing program risks, and resolving bottlenecks proactively to maximize the impact of Zscaler Product Innovation for internal/external stakeholders as well as sales/technical teams.
Providing consistent updates to senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives and milestones.
Optimizing operational processes to improve collaboration, scalability, and organizational impact.
Fostering a culture of iterative improvement by ensuring feedback is integrated into process refinements.
