Druva•Santa Clara, CA
•$162,000 - $227,333

About The Position

The Staff Program Manager, NPI and Product Operations is accountable for delivering Druva product launches, pricing rollouts, and technical alliance integrations on time and end to end. The role defines launch plans and critical paths, runs release gates, drives decisions and tradeoffs, resolves cross-team conflicts, and keeps stakeholders aligned to a sequenced launch roadmap. It works across Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, Finance, and Business Systems, with success measured by on-time, defect-free launches. The role owns Druva’s New Product Introduction process from launch intake through post-launch review; leads complex pricing implementations, including SKU creation, price changes, promotions, and entitlement logic; and coordinates technical execution and commercialization with cloud providers, OEMs, and ISVs. It also establishes cross-functional governance, improves program practices with AI-driven insights and automation, builds operational dashboards and KPIs, and runs programs across globally distributed teams using clear working norms and written documentation. Success includes taking over core NPI release gates and pricing/SKU rollout pipelines, identifying automation opportunities, deploying an AI-assisted launch playbook, reducing approval cycles and cross-functional friction, and establishing predictive tracking for risk, launch status, and pricing governance across the product portfolio.
