As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead a portfolio of business-critical digital platforms that support dealer, distributor, and internal business operations. Working across marketing, sales, engineering, operations, and customer-facing teams, you will translate complex business needs into clear product requirements, build and prioritize epics, and drive execution with development teams. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments with multiple concurrent initiatives, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about improving product planning, delivery processes, and cross-functional alignment to ensure teams can effectively scale and execute against both near-term priorities and long-term business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or related fields
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled in fostering team collaboration and driving results.

• Experience in managing technical products or working in agile environments.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse teams to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops product strategies and roadmaps for specific product lines.
• Conducts market research to understand customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborates with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to execute product plans.
• Monitors product performance and identifies areas for improvement.
• Communicates progress and updates to stakeholders regularly.
• Applies specialized technical skills to enhance product features and performance, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
• Owns the roadmap for well-defined product lines, focusing on tactical execution and cross-functional collaboration within their area of responsibility.
