About The Position

SentinelOne is seeking an AI-native product manager to join the Purple AI team and lead the vision and execution of next-generation agentic security features. Purple AI helps security operations center (SOC) teams detect threats earlier, respond faster, and stay ahead of attackers. The role will guide the platform-wide evolution of AI-driven security operations while keeping human analysts in control and accountable. This high-visibility, strategic role owns the roadmap for new agentic capabilities and the evolution of the conversational experience. It involves close collaboration with engineering, sales, marketing, and pricing strategy, as well as direct exposure to executive leadership. The role requires up to 15% travel to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.

Requirements

At least 8 years of enterprise product management experience.
At least 5 years of experience building AI/ML products.
At least 3 years of experience launching 0-to-1 enterprise software products.
Bachelor's or advanced degree in computer science, data science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong technical grasp of AI/ML technologies, including generative and agentic AI, natural language processing (NLP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Exceptional ability to navigate ambiguity, frame trade-offs, and balance technical complexity, user experience, and business value.
Ownership mentality, with proven accountability, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
Clear, efficient, and persuasive written and verbal communication across audiences from engineers to executives.
Hands-on experience using AI tools to accelerate the full product-management workflow and improve the speed and quality of decision-making.
Ability to travel up to 15% to customer and SentinelOne locations worldwide.

Responsibilities

Define and champion the strategy and vision for Purple AI and new AI features that support SentinelOne's growth.
Own the full product lifecycle, from ideation through launch and iteration, to deliver measurable customer and business impact.
Synthesize product metrics, user research, and market analysis to shape the roadmap and develop customer-centric solutions.
Make robust decisions amid incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous information, managing risk and aligning cross-functional teams around a shared path forward.
Refine online and offline evaluation metrics to track customer-perceived quality and value.
Drive the data-sourcing strategy to continually improve model and pipeline performance.
Partner with marketing, sales, and documentation teams to develop a compelling product narrative that drives adoption of AI products.
