About The Position

As a Staff Product Manager at OpenLoop Health, you will operate as a senior individual contributor with broad strategic influence across the Product & Services organization. This role is highly client-facing, with a strong emphasis on partnering directly with customers to understand their needs, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery of OpenLoop’s products and services. You’ll own complex, cross-functional product initiatives, translate client and market insights into scalable platform capabilities, and serve as a trusted product partner to both internal teams and external stakeholders. This role is ideal for a product leader who thrives in ambiguity, understands healthcare complexity, and excels at building strong client relationships while driving meaningful product outcomes.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including significant experience working directly with customers or clients
• Proven experience serving as the product lead for enterprise or strategic clients
• Demonstrated experience building, communicating, and managing product roadmaps
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with both internal teams and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to balance client needs with long-term product strategy

Nice To Haves

• Experience in healthcare, health tech, e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with virtual care, care delivery platforms, or healthcare operations

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy for high-impact, cross-product initiatives aligned with OpenLoop’s business and clinical goals
• Partner directly with clients to understand their goals and translate their needs into clear product requirements
• Communicate roadmap priorities, tradeoffs, and timelines to both internal stakeholders and external partners
• Act as a trusted product advisor to senior leaders across Product, Services, Engineering, and Design teams
• Write clear, actionable product requirements and success metrics
