About The Position

GoFundMe is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead high-impact product areas within the GoFundMe Pro platform, focusing on the supporter and nonprofit admin experience for ticketing and fundraising events. This role involves shaping the future of how nonprofits manage events on GoFundMe Pro, including ticketing, registration, attendee and sponsorship management, onsite payments, check-in tools, and auctions. The Staff Product Manager will integrate these experiences into the core platform, aiming to make GoFundMe Pro the essential tool for nonprofit fundraising events. This is a cross-functional role with significant influence on both short-term delivery and long-term product strategy. The position requires candidates to be located in the San Francisco Bay Area, with an expectation of working in the office three times a week.

  • Skilled in Discovery that helps identify the right problems to solve and clearly articulate what not to build and why.

  • Highly analytical and fluent in experimentation.
  • Operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
  • Excel at aligning cross-functional teams and leading complex initiatives across product, engineering, and GTM teams.
  • Actively use AI tools to accelerate work across the product development lifecycle - from discovery and synthesis to PRDs, experimentation, and iteration.
  • Leverage tools like Cursor and other AI-assisted workflows to improve speed, clarity, and decision quality in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
  • Customer obsessed and growth minded.
  • Humility, curiosity, and a bias toward learning.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with enterprise or mid-market software serving sophisticated organizational customers.
  • Experience building products with interconnected admin, checkout, payments, and reporting workflows.
