About The Position

Analog Devices (ADI) is seeking a Staff Product Manager to define and lead the productization roadmap for our Physical Intelligence (PI) software stack. Operating as a senior Individual Contributor within the Edge AI organization, you will bridge the gap between advanced engineering capabilities, cutting-edge research, and real-world customer problems. In this role, you will lead the transformation of complex hardware, software, and AI technologies into scalable, commercial software products, SDKs, developer toolchains, and simulation environments. You will work across business units, research labs, and customer-facing teams to establish ADI as a leader in Physical Intelligence.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of technical product management, systems engineering, or solution architecture experience bringing complex HW/SW/AI products to market.
  • Deep technical understanding of Physical Intelligence, Edge AI, robotics, simulation environments, and developer toolchains.
  • Demonstrated success in taking custom, high-touch system solutions and generalizing them into commercialized, reusable software products and SDKs.
  • Ability to architect high-level product designs, drive technical POCs alongside engineering teams, and validate concepts with end customers.
  • Proven track record of influence and strategic alignment across cross-functional engineering teams, research groups, and executive leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field (Master’s or PhD preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Define the multi-year product roadmap for ADI’s Physical Intelligence software stack, turning customer and market requirements into scalable, revenue-generating products, SDKs, and developer tools.
  • Engage directly with customers, internal Business Units (BUs), and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) to identify core challenges in physical AI applications and map them to ADI's technology stack.
  • Drive iterative product design through close collaboration with Edge AI application teams, spearheading rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) implementations to validate user workflows and technical viability.
  • Position ADI's PI offerings within the broader industry ecosystem by integrating our platform with leading simulation frameworks, AI toolchains, and edge runtime environments.
  • Serve as the strategic nexus between fundamental research (Lorenz Lab), core engineering (Edge AI), and field execution (FDE) to deliver a cohesive, market-ready PI product.
