Staff Product Manager, Monetization

HubSpot
$205,500 - $328,800

About The Position

HubSpot’s Downmarket Product Org is responsible for overseeing our broader portfolio of freemium products - shaping the core product experience and powering every key moment in the customer lifecycle, from the first interaction through long term retention and expansion. We are scaling our Monetization function within this team. The group will focus on one of the most important and interesting challenges in software today: determining how to help customers discover and purchase your product in the age of AI and Agents, for headless and UI-based use cases, and with credits as an emerging pricing model. The traditional PLG monetization model was built for a world of static, tier-based upgrades accessed through a point-and-click UI. We are moving toward agent-based, credit-priced products distributed across multiple surfaces - including APIs and LLM interfaces - and our buying strategy must evolve to match. As a Staff Product Manager for Monetization and Product Led Growth, you will own the evolution of this buying experience. This will include two charters: Being the single person who can oversee the entire end-to-end buying journey across various prospect and customer touchpoints. Rebuilding our monetization infrastructure from static upgrade prompts in HubSpot’s UI, to agentically delivered, just-in-time, contextual upgrade moments delivered both in-app and via LLM interfaces. We will define and build the capabilities to recommend and sell the right product to the right customer at the right time, agnostic of whether they are using HubSpot in our app or via MCP.
