Webflow is hiring a Staff Product Manager, AI to own the agent platform and agent experience within Source, a product where marketing teams and AI agents build, optimize, and scale digital experiences together. Source connects a company’s codebase and marketing stack in a governed workspace. The role spans the agent framework and service, sessions, shared context and memory, orchestration, and the experience of steering agents. It also covers interfaces that let external agents and scripts access Source through MCP and the CLI, and the durable context agents use to work consistently. The product serves both developers who connect and extend the system and marketing teams building brands and driving growth. The Staff Product Manager will define product direction and quality standards for a new, evolving area, ensuring agents are useful, safe, transparent, permission-limited, reviewable, and accountable. This person will establish evaluation infrastructure, metrics, guardrails, and primitives used across Source workstreams; align teams and leadership; stay close to customers and implementation; and make durable product bets as AI technologies evolve. The position is remote-first in the United States and in British Columbia and Ontario, Canada. It is full-time, permanent, and exempt, and reports to the Director of Product. The role is eligible for Webflow’s company-wide bonus program. Listed base pay ranges are $212,500–$255,000 (U.S. Zone A), $200,000–$240,000 (U.S. Zone B; the posting lists the lower figure as “$200,00”), $186,700–$224,000 (U.S. Zone C), and CAD $232,000–$278,000 in Ontario and British Columbia.
