ServiceTitan is seeking a talented Staff Product Designer to join their Experience Design (XD) team. This role focuses on Back Office and Commercial experiences, designing for users who manage the financial and operational aspects of trades businesses. The designer will be a key member of the team, contributing to a leading SaaS product with desktop, tablet, and mobile touchpoints. The position requires a blend of research, interface design, and prototyping skills, with the ability to conduct discovery research, create journey maps and task flows, perform user interviews, whiteboard task flows, mock up interface screens, and prototype solutions for testing. The Staff Product Designer will also mentor and coach junior designers, acting as a leader known for creativity, leadership, and innovation.
