About The Position

US Mobile is building the future of wireless communication with the goal of one unified network open to any person and any device, worldwide. They are empowering customers with features like multiple major networks on one phone and plan, home internet from Starlink, no lock-in, no commitments, custom-fit plans, and 24/7 customer support. The company values real-time feedback from customers to inform product roadmaps and has been recognized by Consumer Reports as the top-rated mobile carrier for two consecutive years. They are building innovative, scalable systems with a network-agnostic tech stack and agile, cross-functional teams built on trust and mutual respect. This role is for individuals who work fast, flexibly, and collaboratively without compromising standards. The Opportunity is for a Staff or Principal level Product Manager with end-to-end ownership of Devices & their digital shopping Marketplace. This role involves defining best-in-class digital shopping for connected consumers, setting the standard for how connectivity devices are discovered, evaluated, and purchased online, and ensuring the operational infrastructure (inventory, fulfillment, reverse logistics) supports this. The role also includes ownership of adjacent programs such as protection, trade-ins, upgrades, and financing, managing the entire lifecycle from initial design to scaled operations. This is a business-critical area directly impacting conversion, revenue, and retention, serving as a key growth lever for the Company. The Product Manager will collaborate with the leadership team on strategy and partner across Growth, Operations, and Engineering to execute. Success requires strong judgment, a bias for action, and the ability to drive clarity and outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments, operating with a high degree of ownership, making principled decisions with imperfect information, aligning teams, and maintaining a high bar for execution and results.
