About The Position
TeamHealth is hiring a dedicated emergency medicine physician at St. David's Emergency Center - Leander, a full-service freestanding emergency department in Leander, Texas. The facility provides outpatient care and coordinates transport to St. David's South Austin Medical Center for inpatient emergency services. The department is staffed daily with two 12-hour physician shifts and sees approximately 40 patients per day. PRN, part-time, and full-time candidates are being considered. Full-time work is 10 shifts per month and qualifies for health insurance and a potential sign-on bonus.
Requirements
- Must be ABEM certified or ABEM eligible.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency medicine care at a freestanding emergency department.
- Coordinate transport to St. David's South Austin Medical Center for inpatient emergency services.
