About The Position

TeamHealth is seeking an experienced physician assistant or family nurse practitioner to join the emergency department team at Lodi Memorial Hospital in Lodi, California. This is a full-time opportunity in an established, busy emergency medicine department, providing care to patients across the community. The department has approximately 65,000 annual patient visits, 32 beds, 40 hours of advanced practice clinician coverage, a Cerner electronic medical record, robust specialty support, and a collaborative team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.

The role offers compensation of $100–$105 per hour, W-2 employee status, flexible scheduling, paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage, continuing medical education through TeamHealth Institute, and opportunities for professional development and career growth. Lodi is in California’s Central Valley, with wineries, a charming downtown, outdoor recreation, and convenient access to Sacramento.

Requirements

• Current PA or NP certification through NCCPA or AANPCB, as applicable.
• At least two years of emergency medicine experience.
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications.
• An active California license, or ability to obtain licensure before the start date.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to excellent patient care.
