About The Position

Albertsons Companies is seeking a pharmacist to provide direct patient care and wellness services in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The role supports disease state management, medication therapy optimization, and patient-centered care, including assistance with acute and chronic conditions. The pharmacist builds relationships with patients and contributes to the health and well-being of the community. The position also involves supervising pharmacy support staff and promoting operational excellence and company cultural initiatives. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Pharm.D., or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice, with all held licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules.

Responsibilities

• Actively deliver patient care services.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Promote operational excellence and help ensure a safe, compliant environment.
• Contribute to company cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability.
• Support disease state management, optimize medication therapy, provide patient-centered care, and assist with acute and chronic conditions.
