Requirements

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy
  • Active pharmacist license in the state of practice
  • Current immunization certification
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations

Responsibilities

  • Practice at the top of your license by delivering patient-centered clinical services, including immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM), while playing an active role in improving health outcomes beyond prescription fulfillment.
  • Lead, coach, and support pharmacy technicians and associates in delivering exceptional customer service
  • Help create a culture focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence
  • Support pharmacy performance through prescription growth, customer engagement, and clinical services
  • Promote preventive care and wellness programs that improve the health of our communities
  • Champion immunizations, medication adherence, health screenings, and other patient care initiatives
  • Accurately review and dispense prescription medications in accordance with all federal, state, and company regulations
  • Counsel patients on medication therapy, adherence, side effects, and disease management
  • Administer immunizations and other pharmacist-provided clinical services
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain proper inventory levels, medication security, and controlled substance accountability
  • Oversee prescription workflow to deliver safe, efficient, and timely service
  • Work closely with store leadership to support pharmacy and company initiatives
  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
