About The Position

As a Staff Performance Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting a large, high-volume onsite operation. This position requires a staffing professional who can lead recruiting efforts, build strong client relationships, drive workforce performance, and serve as a professional representative in a client-facing environment. The ideal candidate understands high-volume staffing, thinks creatively about recruitment strategies, and is comfortable partnering with both client leadership and internal teams to deliver workforce solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of staffing, recruiting, workforce management, or onsite management experience required.
  • Leadership or management experience required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Experience supporting high-volume staffing operations required, preferably in warehouse, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or similar environments.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build credibility and maintain professional relationships.
  • Experience with ATS, CRM systems, and workforce management tools.
  • Valid driver license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

  • Managing recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through job boards, referrals, social media, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conducting new hire orientations and first-day employee check-ins.
  • Partnering with client leadership to understand staffing forecasts and workforce needs.
  • Monitoring attendance, headcount, turnover, and workforce performance metrics.
  • Coaching employees on performance, attendance, safety, and workplace expectations.
  • Supporting workers compensation claims and workplace incident investigations.
  • Serving as a professional onsite partner while interacting with clients, employees, and other staffing providers operating within the facility.
