Staff Nurse (RN)

About The Position

The Clinical RN learns to function as an SHC coordinator of patient care, collaborating with other care providers and members of the health team to provide required care. The RN serves as a patient teacher and advocate by helping patients seek information, supporting informed consent for treatment decisions, and promoting the greatest level of independence desired by each patient. The position supports the organization’s mission to improve life for people living with kidney disease and its vision of individualized, high-quality, compassionate care. The RN works directly with a multidisciplinary team and helps foster a team focused on excellent patient care. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing school or equivalent.
Current, active, unencumbered state RN licensure.
Current Healthcare Provider certification (CPR).
Competent and in-depth knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete projects independently.

Responsibilities
