Staff Nurse (RN) - Inpatient Medicine

About The Position
The Staff Nurse provides and coordinates nursing care in the Inpatient Medicine department within the Hennepin Healthcare System Patient and Family Centered Care model and under general supervision. The role is 0.75 FTE (60 hours per pay period), with five 12-hour shifts per pay period on days and/or nights and an every-third-weekend rotation. Call is not required.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license issued by the State of Minnesota.
Nice To Haves
- Certification in the area of clinical specialty.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred and strongly encouraged. Advancement in academic education will be discussed as part of individual professional development during the annual performance review.
