About The Position
Anchor Co-Living is hiring a Staff Nurse (LVN) to provide care in a non-acute residential recuperative setting for individuals recovering from hospitalization.
Requirements
- California LVN license + CPR/BLS
- 2+ years clinical experience
- Ability to assist with transfers
- Compassionate and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Administer meds, wound care, and monitor vitals
- Support daily living needs and mobility
- Document care accurately
- Report changes to supervising clinicians
