About The Position

Provide age- and developmentally appropriate care in a highly technical, fast-paced nursing position, collaborating with multidisciplinary team members from various hospital specialties in accordance with unit standards of care. The role is seasonal and is based at Methodist Southlake Medical Center, a 54-bed acute care hospital serving communities in North Texas. The hospital has 11 operating suites, two endoscopy suites, a diagnostic and interventional catheterization lab, and a 12-room emergency department, and provides services including emergency care, advanced surgery, and imaging. The schedule is 0630–1500 or 0630–1900, Monday through Friday, or Monday through Friday with a day off.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support certification.
• Current Advanced Cardio Life Support certification.
• Current additional certifications as required by the department.
• Current license to practice professional nursing in Texas or eligibility to obtain one.
• At least 2 years of RN experience.
