Full-Time Staff Nurse (LPN) 11pm - 7am
About The Position
QSL Management is seeking a Staff Nurse for The Blake at Charlottesville. The role provides medical treatment and administers medication according to physician orders and within the scope of applicable board and state regulations for assisted living. The Staff Nurse delivers care and service to residents, supports memory and performance improvement programs, and serves as charge nurse for personal assistants on shift under the direction of the Wellness Leadership team. The position requires working independently with minimal direct supervision as well as collaboratively, organizing and prioritizing tasks, documenting clearly, and following through on assignments. The posted shift is 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Compensation is $33.00–$36.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state.
- Current CPR certification.
- A caring heart and willingness to serve others.
- Flexibility and preparedness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Nice To Haves
- Assisted living or long-term care experience.
- Current First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
