About The Position

The Staff Manager of Business Development will report into the RF Front End (RFFE) Business Unit leadership with focus on China market. Responsibilities include: Drive RFFE BU Design-win activities and customer engagements in China Grow existing and new profit generating business opportunities Develop and recommend regional and customer specific pricing strategies Create supporting and collaborative QC team working relationships with internal stakeholders across Finance, Business Development, Product Management and China Sales teams to support execution and alignment of long-term plans based on achievement of financial goals and milestones. Drive delivery and manage progress of business revenue results in alignment with the agreed BU goals and KPIs Track design-in activities and share at each customer in China Analysis of market environment and competition to recommend suitable strategies for achieving BU goals Maintain monthly 4-quarter demand forecast updates for RFFE products in China market, and ensure proper business planning and maintenance of associated data in collaboration with business operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Verbal and written fluency in Chinese Mandarin.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25%.
  • 5+ years of experience in RF Frontend, RF technologies and Mobile.
  • 5+ years of customer facing experience in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in related industry.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field or engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience working with major OEMs in Asia specifically in China.
