Business Development Manager – Hybrid Tucker Ellis LLP is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join the firm in any one of the Tucker Ellis office locations. This role offers a hybrid schedule tied to the selected office, combining in-office collaboration with flexible remote days, and will support attorneys and practice groups in developing and executing strategic business development and client growth initiatives. Position Summary The Business Development Manager partners closely with attorneys across the firm to advance the growth of practice and industry groups. Working collaboratively with another Business Development Manager and the broader Marketing & Business Development team, this role supports a coordinated, firmwide approach to client development, brand visibility, and revenue growth. This position is ideal for a strategic, hands-on marketing professional who excels at both big-picture planning and detailed execution. Responsibilities range from developing compelling pitches and proposals to identifying and advancing client growth opportunities. The role requires frequent attorney interaction, strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound judgment, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
