About The Position

Micron Technology is building a global hyperscale sales team that partners with leading technology companies to shape cloud, AI, and next-generation data center infrastructure. The Staff Hyperscale Account Manager turns account strategy into results by building trusted customer relationships, developing opportunities, bringing teams together to secure design wins and grow the business, and connecting customer priorities with Micron’s technology and product roadmaps.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• 10+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, strategic account management, or business development.
• Experience managing large, complex technology customers and working across global teams.
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure, cloud, AI, memory, storage, compute, or networking.
• Experience with pricing, forecasting, contracts, supply agreements, customer negotiations, and cross-functional execution.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in hyperscale, cloud, or data center sales.
• Knowledge of semiconductor or infrastructure technologies such as DRAM, NAND, SSDs, accelerators, compute, or networking.
• Experience engaging engineering and architecture teams on technical requirements.
• Track record of driving design wins, product qualifications, or workload expansion.
• Experience using AI tools and workflows to improve sales planning, account insights, forecasting, or organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute global account strategies that support revenue, margin, and long-term growth.
• Build relationships with customer business, procurement, supply chain, engineering, and architecture teams.
• Develop opportunities from early engagement and qualification through design win and revenue.
• Lead commercial discussions on pricing, agreements, supply, and demand while maintaining accurate forecasts.
• Connect customer requirements with product roadmaps and coordinate execution across account, engineering, business, operations, and supply chain teams.
