The DaaS organization has experienced significant growth and is expected to continue expanding. This role requires an HRBP with experience in complex environments, including workforce planning for both full-time employees and contractors, fostering a high-performance culture focused on delivery outcomes, and maintaining connection to Snorkel's culture for a geographically dispersed team. The position involves direct partnership with the DaaS GM and leadership team, requiring comfort with both operational details and strategic discussions. A background in professional services, managed services, or a delivery-heavy tech organization is preferred, specifically supporting talent that delivers outcomes. This role is not suitable for a generalist HRBP seeking their first exposure to delivery organization complexity.
