Snorkel is seeking a Staff HR Business Partner to develop and manage the people strategy for their Data as a Service (DaaS) organization. This rapidly growing team, which has more than tripled in size in the last six months, focuses on delivering high-quality data operations and AI deployment outcomes for AI teams and frontier labs. The DaaS organization includes forward-deployed engineers, delivery managers, and a supply team managing a diverse workforce. The role requires an HRBP experienced in complex environments, capable of handling workforce planning for both FTEs and contractors, fostering a high-performance culture, and maintaining connection to Snorkel's culture for a geographically dispersed team. The HRBP will partner directly with the DaaS GM and leadership team, requiring comfort with both operational details and strategic discussions. Ideal candidates will have a background in professional services, managed services, or a delivery-heavy tech organization, with experience supporting talent that delivers outcomes. This role is not suitable for generalist HRBPs seeking their first exposure to delivery organization complexity.
