Staff Guidewire Developer (PolicyCenter)
About The Position
TEKsystems is seeking a Staff Guidewire Developer with PolicyCenter expertise and ACE certification. This contract-to-hire role is based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and is hybrid. The developer will bring extensive Guidewire development experience, hands-on Guidewire Cloud experience, and strong PolicyCenter configuration, product model, rating, and business rules knowledge. The position also calls for Gosu and Java development, REST API and enterprise integration experience, and experience integrating across the Guidewire ecosystem. The developer will provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers, drawing on experience with large implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives. The stated pay range is $65.00–$90.00 per hour. Individual compensation depends on factors including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Requirements
- ACE certification.
- Extensive Guidewire development experience with strong PolicyCenter expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire Cloud.
- Strong PolicyCenter configuration and product model knowledge.
- Experience with PolicyCenter rating and business rules.
- Strong Gosu and Java development experience.
- Experience developing REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Experience integrating across the Guidewire ecosystem.
- Previous experience with large implementations, migrations, or modernization initiatives.
- Ability to provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers.
