Nice To Haves
- Strong Finance and/or accounting professional experience
- Semiconductor, ODM, or high-tech industry experience with a focus on R&D and Supply Chain
- Strong communication skills and experience working with international teams
- Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and improve existing processes
- Excel with ambiguity and able to effectively connect the granular details to the exec level goals
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products( Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, SharePoint, Power BI)
- Experience using AI tools tied to process automation or workflow enhancements
Responsibilities
- Consolidate / Coordinate monthly and quarterly close and activities with finance team. Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis
- Lead long term planning initiatives tied to AoP, LRP, HC planning
- Key Finance stakeholder for contract reviews to SVPs and CEO. Own strategic deal analysis to influence decision making
- Develop slide presentations and present to exec-level audience on financial results
- Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions. Able to identify manual processes and work with cross-functional teams to develop a better solution
- Build rhythm of the business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
- Perform ad-hoc analysis proactively
