About The Position

The Process & Product Integration Engineer supports early-stage product and process development for new product introduction (NPI). This role works closely with Research, Development, Engineering, Operations, and Quality to execute experiments, build and measure customer samples, integrate product and process data, and help establish foundational processes for pilot operations and manufacturing scale-up. Product, Process & Data Integration: Leads and executes early-stage product engineering activities, including sample builds, measurement, documentation, and integration of product, process, equipment, and data requirements. Conducts hands-on experimentation to assess new materials, optimize process conditions, and validate equipment performance. Sample Operations & Customer Sample Delivery: Executes build-measure-ship sample workflows to ensure accurate, high-quality, on-time delivery, applying strong product understanding to guide operations, data review, and alignment with customer requirements. Process Development & Scaling: Supports early-stage process development through structured experimentation, data analysis, and documentation, identifying capability and readiness gaps and contributing to closure plans. Help stabilize processes and prepare transfer packages for pilot or manufacturing partners. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates daily with scientists, engineers, technicians, and quality partners to troubleshoot issues, communicate findings, and implement corrective actions, while preparing product and process data for stakeholder reviews and technical updates. Continuous Improvement & Operational Excellence: Supports continuous improvement by refining early processes and systems to enhance cost, quality, yield, cycle time, and safety, applying structured problem-solving tools such as DOE, SPC, and systematic troubleshooting appropriate for C-band engineering development.
