Staff Electrical Systems Technical Program Manager

Systems and Electrical Engineering spans a diverse range of critical customer-facing attributes, hardware, and software domains. This team will be highly technical in nature and will come from engineering and data centric team environments that have had to deliver the holistic end to end engineering life cycle from ideation through design, engineering, test and ensuring efficient industrialization.
Requirements
- Deep technical expertise in electrical systems.
- Strong program management skills.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams through the product lifecycle (concept to production).
- Experience in highly technical, engineering, and data-centric team environments.
- Experience delivering the end-to-end engineering lifecycle (ideation, design, engineering, test, industrialization).
Responsibilities
- Serve as the central point of leadership and accountability for the successful execution of complex electrical systems deliverables.
- Leverage deep technical expertise and program management skills to guide cross-functional teams through all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to production.
- Ensure alignment, manage risks, and drive innovation within the electrical hardware systems organization.
