About The Position

As a Staff Development Facilitator, you'll play a key role in empowering our workforce through engaging training programs, professional development, and regulatory compliance support. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys teaching, collaborating across teams, and making a direct impact on employee success. In this role, you will coordinate and deliver new hire orientation, annual trainings, and ongoing staff development programs. You will support and maintain certifications in CPR/First Aid, crisis intervention, and safety training programs. You will partner with subject matter experts to identify, develop, and implement training opportunities across the organization. You will manage training records and learning management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will evaluate training effectiveness and recommend enhancements to improve employee learning and development. You will provide hands-on support to employees and facilitators by scheduling, coordinating, and delivering training sessions. You will utilize technology, virtual learning platforms, and multimedia tools to create engaging learning experiences. Requirements

  • A minimum of six months experience in training and development required
  • Six months, recent experience in Intellectual Developmental Disabilities programs

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems, strongly preferred
