The position requires an RN licensed in Alaska and offers a pay rate of $35 - $55 per hour, depending on experience. Requirements

- An RN licensed in the state of Alaska (required).
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver engaging in-service educational programs that align with all regulations and enhance staff performance.
- Assess the facility’s education needs and create tailored training plans that foster development across the team.
- Conduct orientation for new hires, ensuring they are empowered and ready to succeed in their roles.
- Perform annual competency skills assessments to ensure top-quality care and performance.
- Maintain up-to-date licensure and health records (including Hepatitis B, TB) for all personnel.
