About The Position
We are seeking an Associate Consultant to support the design, configuration, activation, and ongoing support of Oracle Health solutions with a focus on Radiology workflows and clinical imaging operations across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service. The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, and passionate professionals dedicated to shaping electronic health record systems for active-duty service members, Veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals interested in healthcare technology, clinical systems, consulting, and Radiology operations. The Associate Consultant will work alongside experienced team members to support healthcare clients, participate in system implementations, and develop expertise in Oracle Health solutions and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and configuration of Oracle Health products and technology solutions.
- Assist with Radiology-related workflows, imaging operations, and clinical solution support activities.
- Participate in customer meetings to gather operational and workflow requirements.
- Perform system configuration, documentation, testing, and troubleshooting activities with guidance from senior team members.
- Apply Oracle methodologies, company procedures, and industry best practices during project work.
- Collaborate with consultants, project teams, and clients to deliver quality solutions for customer engagements.
- Support workflow validation, issue resolution, and end-user training activities.
- Build positive working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continue developing functional and technical knowledge related to healthcare IT and Oracle Health solutions.
