About The Position

When you join Oracle Health Consulting as a Change Consultant, you become a part of a fast-growing team supporting our federal customers in the largest electronic health record modernization effort. In this role, you will travel to multiple sites to execute change management events and create hands-on adoption experiences for end users and customer stakeholders. This role requires up to 100% travel to sites around the US. Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Federal Security Clearance.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, Education, or related field
  • At least 4 years total related work experience, including change management, training, event delivery, project coordination, or customer-facing experience; health care information technology experience preferred
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to support adoption activities, learning events, training sessions, or other customer-facing change initiatives
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance
  • Knowledge of the use of Microsoft Office Products and related applications
  • Are able to travel up to 100% to customer sites, including extended and recurring travel across markets and facilities
  • Be able to work irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Responsibilities

  • Localize and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize adoption, minimize resistance and meet project objectives.
  • Build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Plan and execute change management events across multiple facilities, delivering a consistent, high-quality experience for end users and customer stakeholders.
  • Review event schedules, participant enrollment, session requirements, and local site need to prepare for successful event delivery.
  • Coordinate with Oracle Health stakeholders and other event partners to align session logistics, roles, materials, and participant support.
  • Define and build a plan to address anticipated resistance.
  • Prepare and manage session materials, participant communications, care team collaboration channels, and access resources needed for hands-on engagement.
  • Welcome and orient participants, communicate session objectives and value, and support a positive, engaging environment.
  • Support participants throughout sessions by answering questions, monitoring progress, troubleshooting issues, and escalating items as needed.
  • Capture and upload required event documentation, including attendance records, feedback, issues, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Travel up to 100% to customer sites and perform other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
