Indiana Legal Services, Inc. (ILS) is a statewide, not-for-profit law firm providing free legal services in civil cases through 8 branch offices. This part-time position is within the Consumer Advocacy Project (CAP) in the Indianapolis office. The CAP partners with Center for Working Families community centers to address legal barriers for individuals seeking financial coaching, aiming to improve their financial stability and upward mobility. The CAP staff attorney will offer legal assistance in various matters, primarily focusing on housing law and related civil legal aid, and will perform other assigned duties. This role involves working with the CAP Project Director and reporting to the Indianapolis Managing Attorney.
