This position plays a key role in maintaining financial accuracy, supporting daily and project-based tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of information across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, well organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • 1+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
  • Strong attention to details and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with JD Edwards ERP system a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of journal entries and reconciliation and analysis of general ledger accounts to support month end close process
  • Prepare schedules to support year-end financial audit, tax, and compliance audit requests
  • Prepare and process general ledger transfer forms accurately and timely
  • Assist AP and Treasury functions with daily and weekly tasks, projects, and analysis
  • Assist with special projects and audit requests
  • Additional duties as assigned
